A patchwork of suede in rich autumnal shades brings another level of craftsmanship to the Mortimer Cross-Body. Handmade in Florence, each panel is individually cut and precisely pieced together, then framed with burgundy leather – rated Gold by the Leather Working Group. The bag is finished with gold-tone hardware, including the logo-embossed turn-lock – a Mortimer signature – and an adjustable strap so it can be worn over the shoulder or across the body. Inside, there is space for your phone, wallet and glasses, plus a slip pocket for your most-used card.

How do I return?

Go to our return centre by clicking here.
Enter your order number and email address in the fields above and click Start
Follow the instructions and select the items you want to return
You will get a confirmation email with the shipping guidelines once the return request is approved.
Pack your items. Don't forget to remove or cover the old shipping label. Place each item you return, together with the original packaging, in the box.
Add the return form. Seal the box and attach the return label to the outside.
Please note that we charge €10,- euro for return cost.

What items are returnable?

It is possible to send back one or more items within 14 days from the date of delivery of the order.

• In their initial condition and not worn

• In their original packaging

• With the identification label attached to the good(s)

• With the corresponding invoice

• Once we have received your return, you will receive a refund within 14 working days.

• The return costs are for your own account. We will charge €10 euro.

Azur Upon receipt of the package, AZUR will consider whether the goods returned are in a good condition.

No return or exchange will be accepted if the goods returned have been worn or damaged by the Client and/or a third party and if this use or these damages prevent the goods from being sold.

How soon will I get my refund?

As soon as the goods are received by AZUR and at the later within 14 days from the date the Client has exercised his/her right to cancel.
